Our recruitment criterions primary focus is on established security academics and service members who have been in the industry for several years. We encourage all applicants to examine their experience profiles and before applying, preparing a cover letter with your cv denoting a history of involvement in civic duties, professional development, and interests outside of work in order for us to get an idea of who you are (A professional mug shot would also be suggested).
For general eligibility for application, applicants must have; A minimum of 5 years’ service in a military or law enforcement background (private security and/or other similar professions is also acceptable).
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and motivational skills are a strong asset looked for in our hiring process.
